How is this stress management program different from everything else I’ve tried?

Nope! That’s part of the process. Your investment in Resourced includes one complimentary functional lab (DUTCH, GI-MAP, and/or physician bloodwork). Once you enroll, we’ll discuss which lab(s) may be appropriate for you. Most can be done in the comfort of your home with stool or urine.

Do I need to have lab work done before we start?

Absolutely. In fact, most Resourced members are in perimenopause or early postmenopause. This is exactly the time when nervous system regulation becomes nonnegotiable. You’re in the right place!
