Body Wisdom is based on the scientific frameworks, nervous system tools, and somatic work I’ve tested with hundreds of clients since 2018. It’s not a “one size fits all” solution. It’s the structure to help you discover what your unique body needs.
Most intuitive eating programs skip the foundation and jump straight to "listen to your body." But if you've been disconnected from your body for years, “listening to your body” probably sounds like “eating a whole bag of Cheetos.”
Body Wisdom is different because we start by regulating your nervous system and grounding your intuition in science.
