This is built around what's actually happening in your body — your hormones, your nervous system, your stress load, your midlife reality. We start there, not with rules or restrictions.
The frameworks, tools, and somatic practices inside Body Wisdom have been tested with hundreds of women since 2018. Nothing here is one-size-fits-all, because your body isn't one-size-fits-all. The goal isn't to follow my plan. It's to understand your body so well that you never need another plan again.
Most programs skip the foundation and jump straight to "just listen to your body." But if you've been disconnected from your body for years, that advice probably sounds about as helpful as "just relax."
