You’re the kind of woman who goes all in.
You read the books, follow the plans, you track, you pay attention.
And yet your body still feels off.
Energy unpredictable.
Weight not moving.
Hunger and cravings that don’t make sense anymore.
Eventually, the thought shows up: "Maybe I’m just doing it wrong."
You’re not doing it wrong.
What nobody explained is that stress, hormones, and weight run in a loop — and discipline was never the thing that was going to break it.

The truth about why trying harder makes it worse
This one tends to land like a gut punch. In the best way.

Clarity on your actual next step
Your specific pattern, your specific body, your actual next move.

After my last pregnancy, I turned toward bodybuilding and personal health coaching in 2018. On the surface, it looked like discipline and ambition.
Underneath, it was grief.
I lost my mom to breast cancer when she was just 47. Being a mother without her reshaped everything. I made a quiet promise to myself: I would do everything in my power to make sure my children experienced most of their lives with me, not without me.
At first, that promise translated into control. I focused on weight loss and performance because those were the metrics I could manage. But as I worked more closely with midlife women, I began to see the deeper truth. They weren’t failing their bodies. They were living in nervous systems shaped by stress, grief, ambition, and responsibility.
What they needed wasn’t another plan. They needed integration. They needed safety. They needed to feel at home in their bodies again.
That realization changed the direction of my work — and my own relationship with health.
My work now blends clinical understanding with embodied, body-led practices so women can stop outsourcing their health and start working with their body instead of against it.

You've done the plans. Followed the protocols. And at some point, your body just... stopped responding.
✔
Something shifted in your body and nobody has been able to give you a straight answer about why.
✔
You're doing a lot of the right things. And you still don't feel like yourself.
✔
You can be incredibly disciplined — until stress, exhaustion, or real life shows up. Then it all falls apart.

Part of you has started to wonder if this is just midlife. But something in you isn't ready to accept that yet.
Here's what I've seen happen when women wait.
They find another plan and try it.
It works for a little while, or it doesn't work at all.
Either way, they end up back in the same place six months later, a little more tired, a little more convinced that their body is the problem.
The stress–hormone–weight cycle doesn't resolve itself; in fact, it deepens. And the longer the body stays in protection mode, the harder it becomes to hear what it's actually asking for.
Three days won't fix everything. But they will change how you see what's happening — and once you see it clearly, you can't unsee it.
That's where everything starts to shift.
Quick answers before you save your spot.
Live on Zoom, each day at 12:00pm CST. March 31, April 1, and April 2. Sessions run about 45 minutes. You'll get the link as soon as you register.
No problem. Replays go out by email after each session and will also live inside our private Facebook community. You won't miss a thing.
The community for Fed Up will be held in Facebook. It's totally up to you if you choose to join it. Some women love showing up live, asking questions, and being part of the room. Others prefer to learn quietly and follow along through the daily emails. Both are completely valid. You'll get everything you need either way.
You'll receive an optional PDF guide before we start — one page per day to help you follow along, take notes, and actually use what you're learning. It's there if you want it. No homework required.
On Day 3, I'll walk you through what it looks like to go deeper — and you'll be invited to join Body Wisdom, my 12-week program. No pressure, no countdown theater. Just a clear, honest conversation about what's available if you're ready for the next step.
